2018 Annual Baccalaureate Mass

A Baccalaureate Mass is a beautiful liturgical ceremony offered in thanksgiving for the gifts and blessings God has bestowed upon the graduates and their families. It is also our chance to pray for you and to ask God’s blessing upon you as you move into the next phase of your life. Here we honor the graduating seniors from Rutgers, NJIT, and Essex County College. All students, friends, and family are invited.

This year, our Baccalaureate Mass will be on Sunday, April 29th at 7 PM at Saint Patrick's Pro-Cathedral. Our celebrant and homilist will be Rev. Msgr. Thomas P. Nydegger VG, Ed.D., Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia for the Archdiocese of Newark. Following the Mass, we will head to the Newman Center's backyard for dinner and fellowship. Families are welcome to bring food and/or desert to share as well!

Parking Information

Parking is available across the street from Saint Patrick's Pro-Cathedral in the lot (no fee for our guests).
