Theology of the Body Kick-Off

Join us on Thursday, September 14th for our Theology of the Body program kick-off! We'll begin at 7 PM with fellowship and then dive straight into our discussion. For our first week, we will be giving context to the Theology of the Body by introducing Pope Saint John Paul II, who put together this incredible work.

What is Newman Catholic's Theology of the Body Program?

This program focuses on spreading a holistic image of man through Pope Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. The Theology of the Body is a bold, biblical response to the sexual revolution of our society. It is a biblical anthropology on what it means to be human, encompassing every single aspect of Christianity. If you have a Body, the Theology of the Body is for you!

This group meets at 7 PM every Thursday night at the Newman Center to read and discuss Saint John Paul II's teachings. Think of this like a book club meets small group! We will be discussing love, friendship, dating, marriage, sex, pornography, fertility, and other big topics! Though reading is not required, it would help the discussion.

Bible Study Kick-Off

"Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ." - St. Jerome

If we want to enter into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, then we must dive deep into His Word - Sacred Scripture. It is here where the "ever ancient" becomes "ever new."

Join us as we kick-off our weekly Bible Study program, which will be offered every Wednesday night at 7 PM in the Newman Catholic Center. This first night will be an intro to the Bible and a discussion about how it came about!

Bring a friend, all are welcome!
